Returns and Exchanges
✨We accept returns within 14 days after you have received your product if you have received the wrong order or the item was not as described.
✨If any applies, make sure that the product has been unopened, unused and still in its original packaging then contact me by email within 14 days after receiving your product otherwise refund will be denied.
✨Once your return has been received and inspected, I will email you that I have received it and whether or not your refund has been accepted.
✨If accepted, your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment in a certain amount of days.
✨Due the of nature of the hair extensions being listed as a hygiene product, absolutely no exchanges are allowed.
✨Email me to find out where to ship your refund packages to.
✨You are responsible for all of the return package shipping costs.
